The island of Antiparos is a ideal summer resort for peaceful and quiet vacations and is located in the heart of the Cyclades Islands cluster, at a very close distance from the island of Paros. The uninhabited island of Delos [ a short boat trip from the island of Mykonos ] had a position as a holy sanctuary for a millennium before Olympian Greek mythology made it the birthplace of Apollo and Artemis.

 Donoussa  -  klein eiland ten oosten van Naxos
The island is divided in four settlements, Donoussa, Charavgi, Mersini and Kalotaritissa. Donoussa is the island's port. Many unexplored beaches with crystal-clear water.
 Folegandros - vredeseiland
Folegandros is a main stop on the ferry line Santorini - Milos - Piraeus [ 4 weekly stopovers ], but it also has frequent ferries or hydrofoils to Paros, Mhkonos, Ios and the near Sikinos.

 Koufonissia  -  tussen Naxos en Amorgos
Koufonissia is in fact two islands, separated by a 200 metre straight. The upper, populated island is one of the smallest islands in the Cyclades and small enough to walk around in one morning. All along the southern coast of the island there are wonderful beaches with beautiful stretches of sand, azure blue and green colored sea and all kinds of water sports facilities.  Naxos  -  grootste eiland (428 km²) van de Cycladen 
Naxos is a popular tourist destination, with several easily accessible ruins. It has many beautiful beaches, such as those at Agia Anna, Agios Prokopios, Alikos, Kastraki, Mikri Vigla, Plaka, and Agios Georgios, most of them near Hora. Mount Zas [ 1,008 m ]) is the highest peak in the Cyclades. According to a story in Greek mythology, the young Zeus was raised in a cave on Mt. Zas ("Zas" meaning "Zeus").  Paros  -  een van de populairste Europese toeristische hotpots
Paros is famed for its beaches. The largest is Chrissi Akti [ Golden Beach ] near Drios on the eastern coast. The constant strong wind in the strait between Paros and Naxos makes it a favored windsurfing location. Other fine sand beaches are to be found at Agía Irini, Logaras, Naoussa bay, Parikía Piso Livadi, and Pounda. Parikía harbor ia a major hub for Aegean islands ferries and catamarans, with several sailings each day for Piraeus / Athens, Heraklion / Crete and other islands such as Naxos, Ios, Santorini, and Mykonos.

 Sikinos

 Syros - Syros (or Syra) is the commercial, administrative and cultural center of the Cyclades.
Due to the long standing presence of Western cultures, the islands of Syros and Tinos were the bulwark of Catholicism in Greece. Syros was once the largest port in Greece (before the commercial development of the port of Piraeus) and one of the richest and most powerful in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea..  Tinos 
 Tinos  -  Gemeente Tinos
Tinos is nu wat het eiland Delos vroeger was. Twee keer per jaar, op 25 maart en op 15 augustus, overstromen pelgrims het eiland. In een ver verleden deed men dat ook. Toen de god Poseidon het eiland verloste van een slangenplaag, bouwden de bewoners een tempel te zijner eren. Wellicht is dat nog terug te vinden in de Phoenisische naam voor Tinos: "Aanoth", dat slang betekent.
Tinos is onder de Grieken beroemd vanwege : de kerk van Panagia Evangelistria, zijn 20+ windmolens, about 1000 artistic dovecotes, 50 active villages en de Venetiaanse forten op de berg Exobourgo.
